The panel made 14 recommendations based on the outcomes of the review. In response to this recommendation, the ACC Board engaged the reviewer, Barbara Disley, to undertake an independent review at six months and eighteen month periods. This is the second monitoring report undertaken eighteen months after the Independent Review Panel report was released."
