This report synthesises the findings from two independent Kaupapa Māori evaluations completed in Christchurch and Waikato in 2018. The evaluators interviewed whānau, Kaupapa Māori partners, providers, iwi, the ISR governance and core teams, and community stakeholders in each of the two pilot sites.
