The ARC Anti-violence Resource Centre is a collaboration between Gender Minorities Aotearoa and Intersex Aotearoa, which is funded by The Tindall Foundation.
In 2022, ARC conducted a survey of the family violence and sexual violence prevention sectors to assess readiness to provide services to transgender and intersex individuals.
There were four parts to the survey - a transgender community survey (carried out by Gender Minorities Aotearoa), an intersex community survey (carried out by Intersex Aotearoa), a survey of agencies and organisations whose main focus is sexual violence or family violence, and a survey of rainbow-focused services.
This report is our findings on the data for the survey of agencies and organisations whose main focus is sexual violence (SV) or family violence (FV). This included SV and FV sector organisations, as well as government bodies who are involved in SV and FV prevention and response. (From the document). Record #8478
