māramatanga tūmatanui ki te mana raraunga, te mana
raraunga Iwi Taketake, me te mana raraunga Māori. Ina
piki ai te māramatanga, tērā ētahi atu matapaki me ngā
whakataunga pai ake e pā ana ki te tautuhi, te kohikohi,
te whakaputu, me te whakahaumaru o ngā raraunga hei
painga mō ngā hapori o Aotearoa.
The aim of this report is to increase public
understanding of data sovereignty, Indigenous data
sovereignty, and Māori data sovereignty. Through better
understanding, there can be more conversations and
improved decisions about the way data is defined,
collected, stored, used, and protected for the benefit of
