The evaluation aims to assess the current state and value of the NZCVS and provide workable recommendations about how it can be improved. The evaluation involved co-design with the NZCVS team – this included an initial workshop to refine Key Evaluation Questions and a final workshop to refine draft recommendations. Solasta also provided continuous feedback to the NZCVS team including three presentations to share emerging findings and weekly progress updates. The evaluation used a multi-method approach including: a document review, international comparisons, 60 in-depth interviews with stakeholders, five case studies, and a technical review. The evaluation’s key messages and recommendations have been generated through this robust multi-method approach. (From the document).
