The Minister for Children identified four key priorities for Oranga Tamariki to ensure we
remain focused on our core purpose:
1. Ensuring the safety of children and young people (pages 3 to 7);
2. Supporting caregivers (pages 8 to 10)/
3. Addressing youth offending (pages 10 to 12);
4. Improving complaint management and practice (page 13).
